I've been trying to keep up with that resolution that I made in my previous entry. I know I wasn't able to take much while interning, but I did when my interning was about to end! Haha. XD

Lately, I made a light tent for further photography + lighting practice at home. It's been going great so far, and I have Mr. Darren Rowse to thank for coming up with the genius idea of the DiY light tent (and the tutorial provided in the link!), and Kat ~liberti for introducing the idea to me, as well as the inspiration to create one and putting my heart into it.

I posted some shots I took, which you can view in my gallery. There's still a lot more I can do, I know, but for now, that's what I've been coming up with. Expect more, as I'm in the process of experimenting!

School is starting soon for us here. Half of me is dying to go back to school, half of me is still screaming SUMMER VACATIONNNNNN. I'm partly nervous because it's thesis year! But over the summer, I was able to think of at least one thing I may propose for my thesis. I got hooked onto the idea, and I really hope it's what I'll be doing eventually for my final year of schooling!

Internship at Leo Burnett Manila was great! The people are awesome, the atmosphere was great, and the experience is beyond words. It's hard to sum up into few sentences the things I learned. I'll just leave it to my creative outputs for the months and years to come to share with you all the things I picked up, both work and non-work related. (:

Speaking of school, I was able to hang out with my old high school barkada this evening, and I had a blast! I can't believe it's been that long since we were all together out on a rainy night in Eastwood. I missed it so much, and I'm thankful for the opportunity to hang out with them again. (: I'm looking forward to more of that - we have so much to catch up on!

When I came home this evening, I was wondering why my inbox was suddenly exploding, from about 42 messages to 344. I noticed that most of it were faves, and they were all faves of my Disney alphabet. I later found out that it was suggested for a Daily Deviation, and...it's now a Daily Deviation. XD

Thank you so much to for suggesting it, and to for featuring! It never occurred to me that I'd get a DD, let alone for one of my works that I especially treasure, so it was a really splendid surprise for me when I got home from a tiring but great evening - it made today all the more excellent!

The A to Z of Disney Movies holds a special place in my heart, mostly because I spent a lot of time working on it - from thinking of the characters, to the poses, to the actual execution. I put a lot of heart into it, and Disney is something I really love. This was actually a final project for school back in second year, and we were required to make it into a little alphabet book. The book is here at home, and I intend to keep it and give it to my kids one day. (:

Thank you to everyone who left comments, who faved, featured it in their sites, and to everyone who just really appreciate it. It means a lot to me that this made you smile, made you remember your favorite Disney movies, or made you decide to get into Disney more. It's always nice hearing comments like, "Oh, you did Mulan, I love her!" or "Cool! I recognized all of them!" or "Alice is my favorite!" - it makes me feel like I did something for the world, no matter how small. Thank you everyone for your support.
